The NEX GEN portable cabins will be fabricated out of pre coated GI sheet / G.I. sheet / M.S. sheet. The outer body will be made with suitable corrugation on CNC bending machine.  The base frame and top will be made out of special formed channels using MS sheet / MS Pipes with suitable stiffeners and supports required as per design for strength of Cabin. The top of the cabin shall have a slope on both sides OR flat as per individuals requirement.

In case of non pre coated GI Sheet, The Cabin will be painted after necessary cleaning of oil / rust on sheet by chemicals, and then applied  with Epoxy primer and  with 2 Coats of Epoxy textured paint in 1 or 2 tone colour.

The internal walls, paneling and top ceiling from inside will be done with pre coated GI sheet / 9mm decorative board with suitable aluminium sections and angles duly powder coated from inside.

The bottom flooring will be made of 18mm waterproof ply with vinyl carpet on top of it with suitable skirting and moulding Patti’s for better aesthetic look from inside.

Door will be provided with suitable door closure, lock, handle from inside, and lock, handle from outside.

AC cut out will be provided for fitting AC. The cut out will be covered for transportation, which can be removed on site for fixing of A.C.

The Nex Gen Portable Cabin will be provided with aluminium sliding windows duly powder coated (2 track) with tinted glass, for cross ventilation of air with required  locking arrangement, silicon filling,  and suitable MS grill from outside for safety.
              
The Cabin from all the sides,  will have PUFF filled insulation.

The electrical fittings with suitable wiring and interconnections can be provided inside the Cabin, as per individuals requirement.

For e.g.
 a) Main MCB as incoming. (outside cabin, covered with waterproof box)
 b) Bulked fitting with ON/OFF switch. (outside cabin)
 c) Tube light. (2’ / 4’ long) with ON/OFF switch.
 d) Fan with ON/OFF switch.
 e) Plug point will be provided.
                 Etc, etc.

Tailor made NEX GEN Portable Cabins are also being manufactured as per individuals requirement.
